Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool is a program for children of all abilities. Peachtree supports inclusion because we support the rights of all children, regardless of their abilities, to participate actively in natural settings within their communities. We believe this type of learning is most effective for both typical children and children with special needs.
Each year the Preschool offers spaces in regular classrooms for children with disabilities and special needs. These children participate fully in an inclusive classroom with support from special education support teachers.
Through their experience at the Preschool, children learn to respect and value the differences among people. Our goal for all children is to emphasize the value of differences rather than the stigma associated with disability.

”A school needs to be a place for all children, not based on the idea that they are all the same, but that they are all different.” - Loris Malaguzzi
