• What are the preschool hours?

School opens at 8:45 a.m. Dismissal begins at 11:50 and ends at 12:15. Five/Six students are in session until 1:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. 

• What is the arrival/departure system at the Preschool?

Students in the Three-year-Old, Pre-K and Five/Six classes are encouraged to use the carpool system for arrival and departure. Two-year-Old students will begin carpool on a staggered basis after the first week of school.  Parents may also walk children to classrooms during arrival/departure.

• Should I have placed my child on the Preschool's wait list before he was born?

No, the Preschool does not maintain rolling admissions. Preschool registration is for one year. Returning students, siblings and new students must apply each year in January proceeding the school year for which they are applying. If the number of applications exceeds the number of spaces available for acceptance, Those applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Applicants who miss the January registration deadline may be placed on the wait list for the following school year only.

• What is the student:teacher ratio for your classes?

The Five/Six classes have an 18:2 ratio.  Pre-K classes have a 16:2 ratio. The Three-year-Old classes maintain a 12:2 ratio, with the exception of the five day program which has a 14:2 ratio. Two-year-Old classes have a 12:2 ratio.
