parents' council

The Parents’ Council is a group of parent volunteers who work to increase parent participation in the Preschool and to enhance communication between the administration and parents. The Parents’ Council sponsors many annual projects such as Fall Open House, Spring Fling, Parent Enrichment Seminars, cultural festivals and community outreach projects. It also coordinates numerous special projects during the year to assist the Preschool staff and administration.

All parents are welcome to join the Parents’ Council and may attend the monthly meetings which are announced via email, newsletter, and the website. All parents are encouraged to participate in Preschool activities throughout the year as time and interest permit.  Numerous opportunities abound to get involved! One or more room mothers will be designated for each class in order to coordinate classroom projects.
