withdrawal of the child is necessitated by the family’s moving outside the metropolitan Atlanta area;
AND
written notice is given 30 days prior to the withdrawal;
AND
the resulting opening is filled within the 30 day notification period.
Other than in the circumstances outlined above, all tuition payments received by the Preschool (including any prepayments made before the applicable due dates) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
financial assistance
Limited funds are available for financial assistance through the Preschool's scholarship fund for children in the Three-year-old program, Pre-K and Five/Six programs. To apply, contact the Preschool Assistant Director and complete a financial disclosure form. Applications will be reviewed by the Board of Trustees. To be considered for financial assistance for an entire school year, the application must be received prior to the spring Board meeting (contact Assistant Director for date) and prior to the April 15th tuition deadline. Applications received after the Board meeting will be considered for partial year assistance only, and the April 15th tuition must be paid in full. Requests for financial assistance are held in the strictest confidence.
